You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain goods such as perishable items, gift cards, and custom products are non-returnable.
